We’re excited to revisit one of our favorite transformations—this fully remodeled Marietta basement is now a warm, functional, and beautifully finished space that blends luxury with everyday living.

From dark and dated to bright and modern, every square foot of this basement was thoughtfully reimagined to serve a purpose and impress.

Basement Remodel Features Include:

• Custom Walnut Wine Cellar: Holds nearly 1,200 bottles, handcrafted for our client’s collection, and powered by a Wine Guardian temperature and humidity control system.

  Bar Area: Featuring quartz counters, mullion glass cabinetry, an in-cabinet ice maker, liquor drawer pullouts, and a quartz round sink.

  

  

  

• Expanded Laundry/Utility Room: Designed for real function, with ample cabinetry, second fridge, dishwasher, deep sink, and matching quartz counters.

  

  

  

  

  

  

• Luxury Bathroom: Redesigned layout with soaking tub and handmade subway tile in herringbone pattern, accessible from all areas of the basement.
