We’re thrilled to unveil Phase 2 of our stunning Marietta basement remodel—and what a transformation it’s been! From outdated and underused to elegant and highly functional, this basement now offers luxurious living, thoughtful design, and beautiful craftsmanship at every turn.

A Fully Reimagined Bathroom

The original small, segmented bathrooms have been reconfigured into one large, functional bath suite with access from all areas of the basement—perfect for entertaining and guests. This space now features a soaking tub and stunning handmade-style subway tiles arranged in a classic herringbone pattern, offering both style and spa-like comfort.

Custom Walnut Wine Cellar

What was once an unused second kitchen has been reborn as a custom walnut wine cellar, handcrafted to showcase and preserve our client’s extensive collection. With room for nearly 1,200 bottles, this cellar is temperature and humidity controlled by a Wine Guardian cooling system, ensuring ideal storage conditions year-round.

Elegant Bar Area

Just outside the wine cellar, we created a small but sophisticated bar area featuring:

• Mullion glass cabinets

• An in-cabinet ice maker

• Custom pullout drawers for liquor bottles

• A round quartz sink

• Beautiful quartz countertops, which carry seamlessly into the adjacent utility space

Multi-Purpose Laundry/Utility Room

Formerly a cramped utility room, this area is now a spacious, fully-equipped laundry room with:

• Ample cabinet storage

• A deep utility sink

• Second refrigerator

• Built-in dishwasher

We’ve extended the same quartz countertops from the bar into this room for a cohesive and polished look. What once functioned as overflow kitchen space is now a fully realized multi-use room—practical, efficient, and stylish.

Complete Basement Living Experience

With both phases now complete, this basement has been transformed into a warm, inviting space that includes:
